Children First Patient Portal Access
This is where it is our mission to exceed the needs of all of our patients while improving their quality physical & mental health through education & comprehensive medical care
Please note that all portal accounts will have restricted access for parents when the patient reaches 13yrs old through 17yrs of age. Once the patient reaches 18 yrs old the parent will no longer have any access to the portal account. Restricted access means the portal will limit the parents ability to see visits on the portal in detail. The parent will continue to have access to confirming appointments, scheduling appointments, reviewing growth charts and immunization records.
